We will be covering:

How to get started
When to consider leaving your 9-5
Marketing yourself and your services
Building relationships and closing deals
The evening will be structured as follows:
6:15-7:30pm: Presentation by Caley Dimmock
7:30-7:45pm: Quick break
7:45-8:15pm: Q&A with Caley Dimmock
8:15-8:45pm: Panel with some of BC's top freelancers
8:45-9:00pm: Draw for door prizes and event end
Our panel to conclude the event will feature some of BC's most established freelancers:
Michael Mayes: Former Creative Director of TAXI Vancouver, Michael is a freelance advertising writer and creative director whose work has been recognized locally and internationally. Kate Zessel: Kate is a successful Whistler-based artist and illustrator whose art is inspired by the west-coast style of living.
