We’re excited to continue offering regularly scheduled in-store community yoga classes! As you know, community is at the heart of what we do, and what better way to spend those long rainy winter days than with new neighbours, a good yoga stretch, and a big cup of tea?!
Vinyasa/flow classes will be offered in-store Tuesday evenings, 8:30 — 9:30 pm and Saturday mornings, 8:00 — 9:00 am. This is an all-levels class, suitable for every age and ability.
Classes are completely free but donations are encouraged if you’re able — 100% of all proceeds are split between the instructor and our current 1% for the Planet
partner. It is our hope to make fitness classes, and yoga especially, more accessible in this city and in a neighbourhood lacking these facilities. Please spread the word and bring your pals!

Meghan's yoga journey began in her hometown of Sydney, Australia almost a decade ago. Her practice of yoga and mediation came after she noticed the toll her fast-paced marketing career was having on her both physically and mentally. Having completed over 275hrs of training with Nicole Walsh at InYoga, Meghan continues to draw inspiration and mentorship from teachers around the world.
Meghan's classes focus on getting you moving mindfully and reconnecting with your breath so we can live more vibrate and connected lives. Meghan teaches corporate, private and community classes, including those newer to yoga and loves sharing from a fun and lighthearted space so regardless of age, shape or skill you can leave feeling present, steady and refreshed.
