Take a glimpse into the history, tradition, philosophy, and practical use of the tools and methods of writing and painting with brush and ink. Peter will demonstrate how to set up your work space, writing Chinese characters without understanding the language (Chinese as well as Japanese), and how calligraphy and painting are closely connected. Peter will also discuss how brush calligraphy can be used as a tool for mindful practice to get you started on our 28-Day Opus Daily Practice! https://opusartsupplies.com/odp
